Below is the evidence we have used as the basis of our assertions regarding the height, density and scale of the GolDev Woking proposed development at Woking Football ground.

 

Number of Units

We claim the developer is proposing to build 1048 residential units across 5 blocks of apartments.

This information is based on the Architect figures submitted with the planning application.

Averages out at 209 units across each block.

Heights & Elevations

We assert that there will be 5 blocks collectively and upto 11 storey’s at their highest. Looking at the plans submitted it can be observed at

  • Block 1 ~ 11/11.5 storeys equivalent at its highest (0.5 storey undercroft, 10 storeys of residential, 0.5/1.0 storey top floor plant building)
  • Block 2 ~ 11/11.5 storeys equivalent at its highest (0.5 storey undercroft, 10 storeys of residential, 0.5/1.0 storey top floor plant building)
  • Block 3 ~ 9/9.5 storeys equivalent at its highest (0.5 storey undercroft, 8 storeys of residential, 0.5/1.0 storey top floor plant building)
  • Block 4 ~ 12/12.5 storeys equivalent at its highest (0.5 storey undercroft, 11 storeys of residential, 0.5/1.0 storey top floor plant building)
  • Block 5 ~ 10/10.5 storeys equivalent at its highest (0.5 storey undercroft, 9 storeys of residential, 0.5/1.0 storey top floor plant building)
